Arrested:  Paul G. Ayotte, 51 years old. Winona, MN.

Details:
Tomah Police Department received information regarding a drug delivery that was to occur on 10/15/09.  Personnel from the Tomah Police Department conducted surveillance and were able to arrest PAUL G. AYOTTE while in the act of delivering approximately ¼ pound of marijuana, 300 Oxycodone pills and a pistol to an apartment building in the City of Tomah.

Tomah Police Department K-9 Unit conducted an exterior sniff of AYOTTE’S vehicle and conducted a search of the vehicle after a K-9 alert.  During a search of AYOTTE’S vehicle officers located an additional ¾ pound of marijuana.

AYOTTE was booked at the Monroe County Jail for Possession with Intent to Deliver-THC (Marijuana) and Possession with Intent to Deliver Oxycodone and referred to the Monroe County District Attorney’s Office for prosecution.
