Summary of Incident:
On October 7, 2009 and October 19, 2009 The Tomah Police Department conducted an investigation at 505 Clark St. Apartment #1 in regards to the illegal sale of prescription medication. The investigation resulted in the Tomah Police Department purchasing seventeen (17) Oxycodone pills and fifteen (15) Clonazepam pills from Carlos Moronez age 55 of Tomah. Moronez resides within 1000 feet of the Tomah Middle School. Moronez was taken into custody and is currently being held at the Monroe County Jail on two felony charges of Delivery of Schedule II Non-Narcotic Drug and two felony charges of Delivery of a Schedule IV Drug. Moronez is also being held at the Monroe County Jail on a Probation hold for the Department of Corrections. Moronez will appear for an initial court appearance today at the Monroe County Circuit Court.
