Charges - Burglary, Trespass, Poss of Marijuana, Paraphernalia
Summary of Incident:
On January 23, 2009 at approx 1220am
Officers from the Tomah Police Department were on patrol when they
noted lights on at the hockey rink in Recreation Park.
Upon investigation Officers located one
subject outside near a car.
Located in the car were several concession stand items as well as a
can of gasoline. Officers entered the building and located two
subjects removing other items from a freezer. It was
determined that the subjects had entered the building and were
attempting to steal concession stand items as well as the
can of gasoline.
The subjects, identified as Travisity M
Swosinski, Nicholas Graewin, and
Aaron Kleiser were arrested for Burglary and Trespassing.
During the search of the arrested persons, marijuana and
paraphernalia were located belonging to Travisity Swosinski and
Aaron Kleiser.
All three subjects were transported to
the Monroe County jail.
