Type of Incident:        Death Investigation
Place of Occurrence:     413 E Juneau Street, Tomah WI

Deceased:     32 year old, female, Tomah Resident

Summary of Incident:

On September 5, 2009 at approx 600pm the Monroe County Communications Center received a 911 call for a non-responsive person at 413 E Juneau. Upon arrival the Tomah Police Department located a 32 year old female deceased.  The subject did not live at the residence however she was a resident in the City of Tomah.

The cause of death is not known at this time.  The case remains under investigation.

The name of the deceased is being withheld pending notification of relatives.
